Mission Statement

Greyhound Pets of America-Central Texas is a chapter of Greyhound Pets of America, a national non-profit organization whose mission is to find responsible loving homes for greyhounds which fail to qualify for the racetrack or no longer qualify for the racetrack, to acquaint the public with the desirability of greyhounds as pets, and to inform the public of the availability of these dogs for adoption.

Adopt a Greyhound

Hey, where are all the greyhounds? They've come and gone so fast (including the two from Gulf Greyhound Park) that they never made the Available Greyhounds page!

So once again, we're looking for more dogs to bring into the adoption program.

Keep an eye on the Available Greyhounds page and we'll have photos and descriptions of the dogs as soon as they are available for adoption!
